Hymns To The Bliss Body – Tender

Those places we hide without conscious thought of why. The soft flesh
where the skin seems thinner. The secret workings of our insides rising
up to meet the light touch of a gentle lover. Crook of elbow. Bend
of knee. Curl of lobe. Hollow of throat. Underside of breast. Plane of
inner thigh. Swoop of instep. The fine networks of vein and artery and
nerve leap in erratic rhythm here – here – and here.

Slowly exposing these tender places we shed our doubts and don the
transparent veil of trust, of faith. Relinquishing control, we give
ourselves over to the sensation of tender touch against tender flesh,
and feel ourselves awaken to the spiralling embrace of our innate
sensuality. A trail of butterfly kisses reverently placed draws
slumbering cells from hibernation and we are reminded of what it
means to feel.

This week I am sharing some of my favourite pieces from my e-book Hymns to the Bliss Body – a collection of prose poems written with the intention to connect you to your birthright to bliss. The full collection is only £5 and includes audio of all 20 poems. Gift yourself for Valentines Day this year, and come home to the pleasure that is available to you through the flesh of your own body. Buy Hymns to the Bliss Body now….
